Is the immersion heater battery powered?

No, the immersion heater needs to be plugged to a 110/120V power supply as it is a high power appliance and batteries do not provide enough power. Do not connect the heater to 240V power supply (even with adapter) to prevent overloading.

How do I use the immersion heater safely?

Always ensure that the heater is fully immersed in water before plugging it in. After usage, unplug the heater before removing it from water. Exposure to air during operations will cause overheating and burning which is dangerous.

How to I prevent the shower hose from leaking?

There should be rubber washers that is attached to each end of the shower hose which prevent leakage. In case the rubber washers fall off or wear out, you can find replacements in our kit and put them at each end of the hose.
