How does this cool a dog?

This cooling scarf is made of high tech gel material that keeps your dog cooler for a longer period of time than ordinary sponges

How long is it better to keep it in the refrigerator?

You can leave the collar refrigerated or frozen as needed. Refrigeration is good for 1.5 – 2 hours. It is recommended not to leave the collar in the freezer for more than an hour and a half, as the gel will solidify and become unwearable.

Will this tricot protect my dog from heat stroke?

The SCENEREAL cooling bandanas, which brings ice and stays cold for 20-40 minutes, almost completely softens and stops being cool. On hot summer days, we recommend not letting your dog outdoors for long periods of time to avoid heat stroke.

I didn’t take it out of the fridge as recommended time, and now it has hardened. What should I do?

For uncontrolled freezing time: 1) Keep the collar shaped to your dog’s neck during freezing for easy application. 2) Gently knead the gel evenly before freezing to prevent discomfort from displacement. This maintains comfort even when frozen solid.
