To start with, it is extremely sturdy and well made. It will not squish at all, so don’t buy it thinking it’s airline approved. It is far too big and solid for that. This consists of two carriers that can be zipped together to make one big one. Each carrier comes with removeable floor mats that are washable, and a hammock that attaches using side squeeze buckles. They also give you a set of spikes to hold it down if you’re outside in a windy location and a shoulder strap to carry it besides the heavy duty handles. The carrier has a sturdy storage/carry bag to stow it when not in use, but that same carry bag can be folded in such a way to use it for a portable litter box (this is awesome!). There are straps on the backs to anchor it to your car’s backseat seatbelts. And – the thing that really made me appreciate the manufacturer’s understanding of pet behavior – all the zippers on the net doors have little side squeeze buckles. This means once you zip the screen up, you can connect the two zipper tabs so Fluffy can’t wiggle her nose in the zipper and coax it open and slip out. Having seen, I really thought this was pure genius.
