How To Use This Muzzle
Before we start the muzzle journey, please trim your puppy’s nails first, since smart dogs will try to stick the nails into the mesh to take off or damage the muzzle.
Most dogs can not adapt to wearing the muzzle at first. We recommend you take some time to help your dog get used to the long snout muzzle patiently by giving treats through the loop when fastening it. This will provide positive reinforcement.
Step 1. Let your dog sniff the muzzle and give him/her treats. Repeat this step several times. Step 2. After your dog is interested in the muzzle, put on the muzzle and adjust the velcro to find the best match. Step 3. Loose the webbing first, put on the muzzle, adjust the webbing to a proper tight(Place 1 fingers) and fit situation. Step 4. Once your dog wears the muzzle, give him/her treats.
