How To Remove A Tick
If you have a tick, it’s important to remove it properly. On small nymph sized ticks use our fine-tipped tweezers. On larger sized ticks use our forked end to scoop out the tick. On smaller ticks grasp the part of the tick that’s closest to your skin with the tweezers. You want to grab the head, not the belly. Squeezing the belly will force the tick to regurgitate back into your bloodstream. On larger ticks use our forked end and wedge the tick neck/head in the fork.
Slowly pull the tick straight out. NEVER twist the tick on removal as that could cause parts to break off and be left behind.
