How long is it better to keep it in the refrigerator?
You can leave the collar refrigerated or frozen as needed. Refrigeration is good for 1.5 – 2 hours. It is recommended not to leave the collar in the freezer for more than an hour and a half, as the gel will solidify and become unwearable.
Will this tricot protect my dog from heat stroke?

I didn’t take it out of the fridge as recommended time, and now it has hardened. What should I do?
